Due to construction in some areas of town, there is some turbidity in the water system creating “brown water”.  

This is not a health concern.  The root issue was related to construction and has been addressed.  

All residents are urged to use caution if they experience “brown water” while using their water, which may stain clothing and fixtures, but this condition is temporary. 

Water will clear when the tap is run.  Please run the cold water to waste until it clears.
