Dog License Renewals can be obtained the following three ways:

In-person at the Town Clerk's Office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Online Dog License Renewals - Visit the Town of Westerly website beginning April 1st.  Go to the Town Clerk Department and click on "Dog Licenses" in the blue box on the left-hand side of the screen.  Scroll down to "Apply Here" for Online Dog License Renewals.  Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination must be on file with the Town Clerk's Office in order to renew online.

Renew by Mail: Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.  Mail to: Westerly Town Clerk, 45 Broad Street, Westerly, RI 02891.  Renewals may also be placed in the drop box located outside the Town Hall.  Rabies certificate and proof of sterilization will be returned.
