Arthur “Bill” Beauregard from Westerly, Rhode Island, has been selected as Westerly’s next Assistant Director of Public Works.
Mr. Beauregard will start his new role on Monday, June 11, 2018.
Bill has previously worked for Middlesex Corporation, a major heavy highway, utility, marine, and civil construction company, where he was the Manager of Mining. He was responsible for directing the administrative and financial oversight for all real property, plants and facilities including oversight of all aspects of development, purchase, design, permitting and construction. Prior to working at Middlesex Corporation, Bill was the Executive Vice President – Connecticut Division at Roads Corporation, where he was responsible for the direct oversight of administrative operations and sales. Bill has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

I will take great pleasure in introducing Bill to the Water and Sewer Divisions for his opinions and future input in the great Utility Operation that the Town of Westerly already enjoys”, said Paul G.Corina, Director of Public Works.
As the Assistant Director of Public Works, Bill will be responsible for assisting in leading, planning, directing and managing the activities of the Utilities Division of the Department of Public Works.
