Special Bond Referendum to vote on the following question:

"Shall the Town of Westerly finance sewer system infrastructure improvements through the issuance of general obligation bonds and  notes therefor in an amount not to exceed $1,664,000?”

What it will pay for:

Improvements to the Wastewater collection system will consist of sealing and replacing covers on approximately 65 manholes and the rehabilitation of approximately 18,000 feet of pipe town wide.
