Union Street, Broad Street (from Elm St. to High St.) High Street (from Broad St. to Grove Av.) and Canal Street (from High St. to Railroad Av.)

Continue prep for paving, protect crosswalks, apply tack coat and pave on 9/20.

Striping will be done with temporary paint and Epoxy striping 3 weeks after paving.
