The Town of Westerly’s Office of Planning is conducting a short Family Housing Needs survey to better understand what local families need from future housing solutions. This survey has 3 goals:
- Gauge demand for new housing options
- Identify preferred unit types and amenities
- Understand existing family size and household make-up
Adult family members living in or around Westerly are invited to fill out the survey which consists of multiple-choice questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please note: for the purposes of this survey, families are defined as two or more people who live together in the same household and are related by birth, marriage, adoption, foster care, or a committed partnership. Adult family members of the same household are encouraged to fill out the survey separately.

At the end of the survey, all respondents will also have the option to leave their name and email for a chance to win one of five $20 Amazon gift cards.
