I met the minimum qualifications on the job posting, why wasn't I invited to an interview/selection process?
Based on the quantity and quality of applicants, the Town reserves the right to screen above the minimum qualifications for the position. This practice often results in raising the criteria; such as, the education level is increased, the number of years of required experience is increased, the preferred qualifications listed in the advertisement are used, or any combination of the above.

Candidates are encouraged to review the entire job announcement, and ensure their application materials clearly reflect how they meet the criteria outlined in the job description, and when listed, how they meet the preferred qualifications.
