The Human Resources Department has an open door policy and welcomes all employees who have questions or need to speak with our staff. Due to the unique and diverse nature of the Town's operations; often times, Human Resources staff is off-site working with other Town departments. If you drop by and an HR staff member is not in the office, please feel free to send us an e-mail at HR@westerlyri.gov, as all members of the HR department read and respond to that e-mail address.
