From the Rhode Island Office of Healthy Aging
It will take some time for everyone who wants a vaccine to schedule appointments and get vaccinated. Please be patient. You will have an opportunity to receive vaccine.
The three main ways people will be able to get vaccinated are in their city or town, at pharmacies, or at a State run vaccination site.
This weekend, some CVS and Walgreens stores will begin registering people who are age 75 and older for vaccinations. You must have an appointment to get vaccinated at these locations.
You can book CVS appointments starting as early as February 6. Visit www.cvs.com , use the CVS Pharmacy app, or call 1-800-746-7287 to schedule.
You can book Walgreens appointments starting as early as February 7. Visit www.Walgreens.com/ScheduleVaccine or call your local Walgreens pharmacy.
