Vital Records

The Town Clerk is the local registrar of vital records and issues certified copies of birth, death and marriage records.

 

Marriage licenses are obtained at the Town Clerk's Office by appointment.  Please call (401) 348-2507 to schedule an appointment.


A birth certificate can be obtained from ANY CITY OR TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND if the event took place in Rhode Island after 1960.
